Scholarship for students ages 16-26 who are legal residents of the 50 U.S. states or D.C. (or dependents of active-duty U.S. military) pursuing post-secondary education. Selection is based on passion rather than grades or test scores; applicants submit one response, as either a short video or a 250-500 word essay.

Application requirements
- Apply online during the application window: It costs nothing to apply, and there is no GPA or test-score requirement. The 2026 window ran October 14, 2025 to January 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST. Mail-in submissions are not accepted. Minors: the instruction email goes to a parent or legal guardian's address.

Submit one original response: a video or an essay: ONE original response, in either format: a video of 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or an essay of 250-500 words (an essay may include one photo representing your passion). One response addresses all three questions below; the length limit covers the whole response, not each question.

- What impact do you hope to make with your passion or career path? Share how you're sparking positive change through your educational and career goals.
