Application requirements
- Verify active National Beta membership using member ID number and last name: Applicants must be high school seniors with an active National Beta membership ID to access the online application at scholarship.betaclub.org.
- Submit Phase 1 application with GPA, test scores, and transcript: Includes contact information, unweighted GPA, ACT/SAT scores, high school transcript, National Beta event attendance, leadership roles/awards, service hours, and a resume of extracurriculars and honors.
- Upload high school transcript and ACT/SAT score documentation

If selected as a top-100 semifinalist, submit Phase 2 materials: Includes one sponsor recommendation, one to three candidate evaluations, two student essays, and work history (if applicable), due by the semifinalist materials deadline.
