- Complete one online undergraduate application: One application considers you for all eligible programs including the National Scholarship.
- Craft essay responses: Essays include your Horatio Alger story and American Dream experience per official how-to-apply steps.
- Counselor Certification Form: Enter counselor email so counselor receives a request to submit the Counselor Certification Form verifying academic information.
- Support Form Provider: Enter email for an unrelated adult 21+ familiar with adversities described in your short responses.
- Upload transcript and income verification: Upload high school transcript including fall grades and income verification (most often parents' tax form) through the online application.
