Application requirements
- Complete online MVS application fields: Complete all required fields on the online application form and click Submit. Initial application requires no supporting documents.
- Request Counselor Report: Request a Counselor Report from your counselor using name and email on the counselor page. Incomplete applications are not considered.
- Upload transcript if named Quarter Finalist: If advanced to Quarter Finalist, upload high school transcript (PDF). Semi-Finalists later provide FAFSA Submission Summary.
