Full-ride, need-blind merit scholarship for U.S. high school juniors to attend any accredited U.S. college or university; emphasizes academic excellence and interest in public policy. Application includes multiple essays, and current high school seniors are not eligible to apply.

Application requirements

  • Complete online application forms: Complete Profile, Honesty Statement, Academic Information, and other required portal forms. Submit only when all forms show Complete.
  • Three application essays: Application includes three essays. Essays 2 and 3 require reading The Autobiography of Calvin Coolidge.
  • Two letters of reference: Exactly two letters required, not from family or peers. Recommenders upload via a separate portal; you may submit before letters arrive.
  • High school transcript and academic info: Unofficial transcript acceptable at application stage. Report cumulative GPA and maximum possible cumulative GPA from the most recent transcript available.
