Special eligibility to verify
- ROTC enrollment required: Applicants must be Army, Navy, Marine Corps, or Air Force ROTC sophomores or juniors at the time of application.
- ROTC command nomination letter required: A nomination letter from the Professor of Military Science, Naval Science, Aerospace Studies, or designated commanding officer must be emailed to AFCEA.
Application requirements
- Complete the AFCEA ROTC online application: One application automatically considers you for all AFCEA ROTC scholarships for which you qualify.
- Obtain ROTC nomination letter from command or PMS: Professor of Military Science, Naval Science, Aerospace Studies, or designated commanding officer must email a PDF nomination to edfoundation@afcea.org.
- Submit official college transcript(s): Transcripts must be sent electronically through the school to edfoundation@afcea.org or mailed by the published deadline.
