A free residential seminar for high school sophomores and juniors centered on college-level humanities and social-science study, democratic community, writing, public speaking, and leadership. TASS welcomes U.S. and international students, with extra age/grade nuance for students studying outside the U.S.

Application requirements
- Submit the TASS online application: The official 2026 page lists the application opening and closing dates; future-cycle dates should be checked on the sponsor page.
- Choose one TASS area of study: Applicants may apply to only one of the two TASS areas: Critical Black Studies or Anti-Oppressive Studies.
