A nationwide high school visual art competition, sponsored each spring by the Congressional Institute, in which students submit artwork to their U.S. representative's office and district panels select winners; over 650,000 students have participated since 1982.

Application requirements

  • Contact your U.S. Representative's office to confirm district participation and rules
  • Review the current year's Rules for Students and Teachers
  • Complete the Student Release Form
  • Submit the artwork and release form to your representative's office by their district's deadline
